PROGRAMME
The Aim
Our Reverse Mentorship Programme is designed for corporate Senior Leadership Teams with the aim of encouraging better communication, awareness, and understanding of issues experienced by underrepresented groups relating to race both inside and outside of the workplace.
How It Works
We pair up your company's chosen senior leaders (the mentees) with either your selected internal staff (the mentors) or delegates from the We Rise In community. We then facilitate and deliver a programme consisting of both 1:1 and group sessions, where participants are encouraged to speak about matters relating to race inside and outside the workplace.
The Outcome
The mentees (the senior leaders) increase their awareness and understanding of the challenges underrepresented professionals face professionally, personally, and within society, and gain the confidence to positively challenge discrimination within the workplace.
