Our Leadership Programme is a 6-month transformative programme, that brings together a cohort of high performing mid-senior level black professionals from across all corporate industries. The curriculum is designed to accelerate the careers of mid-senior level black professionals.
The programme applies a blended learning approach to support different learning styles, including group coaching and training, practical exercises, webinars, networking, and in-person seminars.
The course provides stimulating content delivered by coaches, business leaders, and inspiring speakers with extensive experience coaching black professionals.
