PROGRAMME

Our 6-month Mentorship Programme is designed to provide one-to-one career advice, support, and development for black professionals at mid-senior level of their careers.

​

Our mentees gain experience and knowledge from their mentors who are senior black professionals. Our mentors get to develop their leadership skills whilst empowering our mentees to take the next step in their careers.
